Facilities

The school is culture and pedagogy led. The concept of Country, its sustainability and care are fundamental to the education program and location and design of its learning facilities.

The layout of the school campus and its integration with the natural flora and fauna represents a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Country and culture.

Visual Art: The new Visual Art space is an inspiring hybrid of classroom and gallery in which creativity can flourish.

It consists of an expansive multi-purpose open learning space, a generous storage space and a studio space.
Our jarjums are surrounded by wall-to-wall views of Country and flooded in natural light.

Room-wide charging ports and an interactive teaching wall enable the space to convert easily from a hands-on ‘traditional art’ space into a digital studio for the next generation of 21st century artists.

Science: The new science level of the STEAM Building has fully furnished senior and junior labs with interactive white boards and wifi connection throughout.

The benches in both labs contain space to store the desks, allowing for larger experiments and robotics classes to take place.

The senior lab also hosts STEAM and robotics lessons during LEAD time on a Friday afternoon
